Job Title : Manufacturing Recruiter $35 per hour

Job Description

As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our manufacturing and operational teams. You will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job postings.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule onsite or virtual interviews.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Coordinate pre-employment processes including BG checks and onboarding.
• Build relationships with local workforce agencies and community partners to support hiring initiatives.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to ensure alignment with staffing goals.
• Promote the employer brand and uphold diversity and inclusion standards.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. The role requires flexibility to work the standard day shift starting from 6 : 00 AM to 8 : 00 AM, Monday through Friday, and the ability to work occasional night shifts to support night shift hiring. The schedule also includes a 2-2-3 rotation with shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM and 7 PM to 7 AM.

This is a Contract position based out of Salt Lake City, UT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00 / hr.
