Job description

Andover Manor Rehab and Nursing is seeking a Unit Manager Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to fill a full-time position in our skilled nursing facility.

Each Unit Manager Licensed Practical Nurse LPN team member supports the individual needs of the elders in our care. Through strong personal relationships and knowledgeable decision-making at the facility, we pride ourselves on obtaining an extraordinary nursing staff for our residents. The Unit Manager Licensed Practical Nurse LPN will supervise and direct nurses, staff and patients within your unit.

Some responsibilities that come with working as the Unit Manager Licensed Practical Nurse LPN...

Complete RN / LPN assessments and documentation.
Investigate resident accidents / incidents and update care plans with resolutions.
Conduct wound rounds and wound care treatments.
Administer medications and treatments.
Oversee RN, LPN and CNA work.
