Job description

A thriving Big Texas healthcare system is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon outside of Dallas! in Texarkana TX; 3 hours from Dallas and 2 hours from Little Rock AR

Orthopedic Surgeon extensive package contains :

  • 12-month guarantee of $641,444, sign-on up to $50,000 and call pay of $1,700 for each 24-hour shift. They do about 6-7 call shifts per month putting the guarantee + call amount at $763,844+. $763844.00
  • 100% paid Malpractice and tail
  • Retirement funding with 6% match
  • Relo and SignOn $ Bonus - up to $75,000
  • FULL Medical-health, Dental- and Vision 100% paid
  • Over 1 month off per year, paid
  • $4,000 CMEs

    • Job / Practice Description- Orthopedic Surgeon

  • openings are to replace two surgeons who have cut back and will likely retire in the next year. The practice consists of 6 surgeons total, including these two.

    • 3 of the surgeons are busy and the other is in his first year getting busier month by month.

  • Leadership is committed to be a 1 : 6 call group.
  • looking for someone who is happy doing general orthopedic surgery, but the busier of the two docs that are slowing down subspecialized in knees and hips.
