RN Home Health - North Charleston, SC

13 weeks

Shift : M-F -8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week

On call info : On call required if requested

Travel Area : Mostly upper Dorchester Co but can go anywhere in Berkeley, Dorchester, or Charleston Co

Guaranteed Hours : 0 hours

Productivity Units : 30 units

Qualifications : HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required

Schedule Notes : This would be for an RN Case Manager position in Chowan and Bertie Counties. Productivity is a 30-point minimum standard. RNs do participate in a back-up call rotation which includes our entire territory.

Skills

Homecare Homebase Software Experience - Required

OASIS Experience - Required

Current state license as a Registered Nurse - Required

CHPN certification - Preferred

Proof of current CPR certification - Required

Current driver's license - Required

Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required

1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting - Required

2+ years Home health experience - Required.
