• Provide day-to-day IT support and technical assistance to CE staff.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment and systems.
• Train employees in IT policies, tools & security best practices.
• Enhance efficiency by recommending tech solutions.
• Ensure seamless operations through proactive troubleshooting and support .
