Security Professional - Financial Site - Flex

As a Security Professional in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for staff and visitors. This is a driving post, where your visible presence and routine patrols assist in helping to deter security-related incidents. You will also provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting access control. What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as required.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order on the premises.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols within the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and promote a secure environment.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols at the financial institution location.
  • Collaborate with Allied Universal management and the client's staff to address security-related concerns and support daily operations.
  • Follow all protocols for access control, visitor management, and incident reporting as directed by site-specific guidelines.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
