Production Coordinator

HIS International is a leading Children's sportswear company doing business in licensed and private label with ALL major retailers across the USA.

Job Description

• Communicate with vendors/factories daily on all production related matters
• Manage the life cycle of assigned brands/styles in production
• Review all tech packs to insure accuracy
• Responsible and accountable for customer compliance approvals such as PP samples, Top samples, etc
• Monitor and update WIP reports and keep track of approval/production/delivery status daily
• Track all testing to ensure product standards are met
• Work with design and license teams to get tech packs and approvals in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Solid production experience, children's sportswear preferred
• Self-motivated and able to get things done
• Major retailer experience a plus
• Strong excel skills and computer skills
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Sense of urgency and priorities
• Team player and strong work ethic
• Ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced work environment
