Manufacturing Planner Staff
You will be the Manufacturing Planner Staff, serving as a Bill of Material (BOM) planner on our production planning and control team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our manufacturing planning processes, and we're looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team.
As the Manufacturing Planner Staff, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate bills of material and material master records for our programs, utilizing our engineering systems and MRP systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and the Change Board, to coordinate timely and accurate changes to our schedules. Your responsibilities will include :
- Creating and maintaining accurate bills of material and material master records
 - Utilizing engineering systems and MRP systems to ensure data integrity
 - Collaborating with Engineering and the Change Board to coordinate changes and ensure accurate timing
 - Performing audits to ensure lot size and lead time accuracy
 - Inputting engineering changes to bills of material and ensuring accuracy

This position is in Orlando.MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.Basic qualifications :
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience / combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.Considered an emerging authority.Past experience in any of the following areas : Make / Buy / BOM Planning, Supply Chain, or equivalent or experience in one area with an understanding of the other two.Proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs; including SAP, Microsoft office, and Apriso, or equivalent.Very good organization and communication skills.Strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills.Possess knowledge of lean manufacturing and / or supply chain management.Knowledge of Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS).Desired skills :
Ability to work with multiple levels of management, industry, peers, a represented workforce or business.Windchill and MPMLink experience, Understanding of material attributes and bill of material effectivity planningPrevious working experience with engineering drawings and parts lists.Inventory Control and material handling knowledge, including familiarity with material requirements and Receiving / Warehouse / Shipping areas of responsibility.Security clearance statement :
