This Digital Payments Exchange position leads all day-to-day execution and support for major / enterprise and mid-market accounts. The role acts as liaison across multiple internal Digital Payments teams as well as supporting business units to troubleshoot, document and communicate resolution of issues. This role also serves as the primary point of contact for their clients on a daily basis as new production, data, reporting services are requested. Major Account Program Support is also responsible for fostering a positive client-company relationship.

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for client communications, reporting retrieval / distribution / communication, analysis and distribution, lead submission as applicable for the client program needs.
• Serves as the primary point of contact and SME for day-to-day client needs.
• Supports pursuit and deployment of additional programs or growth opportunities with clients.
• Maintains documentation related to the client campaign.
• Oversees client monthly billing ensuring invoice accuracy, managing issues to resolution.

Compensation : The compensation range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00 hourly. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
