What Youll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, processing changes, and resolving concerns promptly
  • Manage policy updates, billing inquiries, and coverage adjustments
  • Educate customers on policy options, coverage details, and available discounts
  • Identify opportunities for additional protection and refer them to the appropriate team member
  • Ensure accuracy in all transactions and maintain thorough documentation
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through trust and proactive communication

    • What Were Looking For

  • Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
  • Previous customer service or insurance experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through
  • Friendly, dependable, and eager to help others
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
