Location : Northern Broward / Inland Palm Beach, FL (Near Miami Metro)

Salary : $105,000–$135,000 + Incentives

Your Role :

Lead site design for residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects.

Manage grading, stormwater, drainage, utilities, and erosion control.

Coordinate permitting with municipalities and agencies.

Mentor and inspire internal design teams.

You Should Have :

6–10 years of civil site development experience.

Licensed or eligible PE in Florida.

Civil 3D proficiency and strong technical judgment.
