They demonstrate exceptional ingenuity in rapidly build lightweight, user-facing prototypes (including AI-powered ones) to validate ideas and generate insights before scaling. Their commitment to hands-on exploration and resilience in overcoming challenges is critical for the success of this early innovation team. They are equally comfortable writing code, wiring integrations and making smart use of existing platforms / tools to get to a working demo.

Key Responsibilities

Build end-to-end lightweight solutions that demonstrate concepts and workflows in days or weeks (not months), with enough structure to evolve into production solutions.

Partner with business leaders, product, design colleagues and data / BI specialists to understand challenges and problem solve technology-driven solutions, often working with uncertain or partial information

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code - even in prototyping to ensure clarity and reusability where solutions prove valuable

Experiment with emerging low-code / no-code platforms to accelerate delivery, where appropriate.
