Cabinet Engineer

Accentuate Staffing is working with a well-established manufacturing company seeking a Cabinet Engineer to join their team. This position is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both technical design and hands-on problem-solving in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of CAD / CAM expertise, cabinet manufacturing knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and refine engineering drawings, CNC programs, and Bills of Materials for cabinet production.
• Partner with production teams to evaluate design feasibility, optimize manufacturing methods, and improve workflows.
• Conduct cost analyses to support the sales team with accurate estimates and pricing models.
• Implement standardized processes to improve documentation, communication, and efficiency across departments.
• Support continuous improvement efforts, identifying opportunities to enhance automation and streamline production.
