The Role

We're on the hunt for a Securities Litigation Associate with 4+ years of experience to join our fast-paced and highly respected litigation group. You'll dive into headline-grabbing class actions, derivative suits, M&A litigation, and white-collar matters that span SEC investigations, DOJ enforcement, and internal investigations into accounting, whistleblower, or anti-bribery concerns.

  • Work closely with seasoned partners and directly with clients

What You Bring

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in securities litigation and / or regulatory defense
  • Strong writing, advocacy, and analytical skills (aka, you own the brief and kill it in the room)
  • A law degree from a top school and a record of academic excellence
  • Bar membership in the state where you plan to practice, or eligibility to sit / waive in
  • A collaborative mindset and readiness to dig into meaningful, complex work

    We're hiring across San Francisco , Silicon Valley , New York , Seattle , and Washington D.C. Remote-hybrid flexibility available.

    Compensation + Perks

  • Base salary range : $310,000 - $445,000
