Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Guest Service Assistant Manager. In this role, you will assist the Guest Service Manager and that involves all aspects of front desk management.

As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Loveguiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You'll resolve issues efficiently and ensure high service standards for our guests. You'll also support associates through training, guidance, and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment.

Pay Rate : $22 24 / hour

Key Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and Associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and manage staff, ensuring proper staffing and that associates receive adequate guidance and resources for achievement of job responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance and efficient operation of all Front Office standard operating procedures.
• Assist the front office team in performing their day-to-day functions whenever necessary to ensure the smooth running of the front office department.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
