Job description
A company is looking for a Learning Systems Analytics Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage API integrations between the LMS and enterprise systems, ensuring accurate data flow
Develop and maintain dashboards for compliance and performance metrics
Provide technical support and conduct onboarding for stakeholders on LMS functionalities
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in LMS administration or enterprise system management
Strong expertise in SCORM / xAPI troubleshooting and HRIS / LMS integrations
Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, and data feeds
Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, or advanced Excel for data visualization
Familiarity with identity management and SSO / IdP platforms
