The practice consists of two physicians and one mid-level provider, supported by a medical assistant and front desk staff.

Pediatrician to start ASAP. Schedule : 3 days a week 9am-5pm. Ideally Monday, Wed, Thurs. (flexible) with 8 call nights a month Details : 12 Well check visits per day, Number of Physicians in Practice : 2 and 1 mid level. Each provider has 2 exam rooms. Each provider has MA assigned to them daily. 2 front desk and 1 office manger. Average Number of Patients Per Day : 15-18. Submission requirements : Board Certified -Required, New Jersey State License -Required Payer enrollment for NJ completed (Horizon and Aetna at a minimum)- Required BLS, ACLS OnCall : 8 call nights a month.
