Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary

Full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position providing 1 : 1 patient care within senior living communities. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered therapy to primarily geriatric clients with a variety of needs, including dysphagia, cognitive impairments, and neurologic conditions. The ideal candidate is confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team, making treatment decisions based on each patients functional abilities and goals.

What Youll Do

Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients in a 1 : 1 care setting.

Address dysphagia, cognitive impairments, neurologic disorders, and problem-solving deficits.

Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust them as needed.

Document patient progress accurately and timely.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.

What Youll Need

Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.

Experience with dysphagia is required; prior outpatient therapy experience is a plus.

Active state licensure and CCC-SLP credentials.
