Job Title : IT Help Desk Support
Overview
As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will assist users in resolving technical issues related to PCs, Macs, desktop applications, antivirus software, smartphones, and printers. You will be part of a dedicated IT team supporting a fast-paced, 24 / 7 manufacturing environment.
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
Provide support for Microsoft Windows desktop environments.
Consult with users and offer guidance on technology usage and best practices.
Communicate promptly when issues require escalation.
Deliver fast, friendly, and professional tech support to end-users, managers, and executives.
Install and configure hardware for desktops and laptops.
Manage and configure network printers.
Utilize remote support tools effectively to troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
Key Requirements & Competencies :
Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related or technical field, or equivalent experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft desktop support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
