SEO Account Manager
We're looking for a strategic, client-focused SEO Account Manager to join our team. If you're passionate about digital marketing, fluent in SEO best practices, and confident in managing client relationships, this role offers the chance to grow your career while helping our clients achieve meaningful results.
You will manage a portfolio of SEO clients across various industries and act as the main point of contact for each account. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies, coordinating deliverables, communicating performance updates, and aligning campaign execution with client goals.
This role works closely with our internal customer success, marketing, and web teams, to deliver high-quality work. You will also play a part in evolving our processes, including how we integrate AI tools and adapt strategies for AI-influenced search environments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned SEO clients, building long-term relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and results
- Develop and manage client SEO strategies aligned with clients' business goals and campaign objectives
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure the timely implementation of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO deliverables
- Lead monthly and quarterly check-ins to review performance and discuss recommendations
- Create clear, actionable reports and insights that help clients understand progress and opportunities
- Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and continuous improvement
- Stay current on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools or technologies
- Contribute to strategies that optimize content for AI-powered search experiences (like Google SGE, Bing Copilot, and ChatGPT), and responsibly use AI writing tools to streamline workflows and enhance SEO content creation
