Schedule : Monday-Friday 8-5

36 hours patient care, 4 hours admin time.

Chart closure within 72 hours

Schedule = 18 PPD, minimum is 18 PPD

Chronic Pain Management experience, preferred.

A decision is typically made within 7-14 days

We will also accept DO

APC's with 3 years of experience in similar setting

Number Of Patients Per Shift : 18

Minimum Board Certification : BE / BC

EMR System : Epic
