Primary Responsibilities

• Assist the government in executing source selections in accordance with FAR 9.505-4.
• Support source selection activities, including coordinating meetings, developing documentation (e.g., source selection plans, acquisition strategies, and non-disclosure agreements), and reviewing and drafting proposal evaluations.
• Provide contract and subcontract management support to government contracting officers and specialists.
• Assist with requests for proposals, technical evaluations, contract negotiations, administration, and execution.
• Offer contracts guidance, determinations, and leadership for program and business management teams.
• Advise management on contractual rights, obligations, risk mitigation, strategy, and problem-solving.
• Support the management of existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts and assist in developing and executing acquisition strategies for follow-on efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

This position does not supervise the work of others.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Must be able to operate a computer and other standard office equipment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position, 80%.

Little if any travel is required.

This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc. SALARY RANGE : $143,000 - $250,000 Annual Salary.
