Brown & Brown is seeking a Personal Lines Client Assistant to join our growing team in Maitland, FL!
The Personal Lines Client Assistant supports the team with servicing new and existing assigned client accounts.
How You Will Contribute :
- Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of property insurance as required under direction of Account Manager.
- Monitor cancellations and keep Account Manager appraised of status.
- Support the team in claims filing with carriers as needed.
- Process endorsements, to include change requests, suspense, invoicing and mailing as requested.
- Assist in renewal process by gathering information and updating applications, and processing agency bill renewals.
- Assist in completing policy checks and confirming that all items are saved in ImageRight.
- Ensure all supporting documents are saved in ImageRight; provide backup telephone / mail support to receptionist as scheduled.
- Process downloads reports from carrier sites and distribute them to team.
- Review carrier communication logs and set appropriate activities for Account Manager.
- Serve as a dedicated backup for Account Manager's when out of office.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Licenses and Certifications :
4-40 Customer Service Representative License or 2-20 Property and Casualty License obtained within 90 days.Skills and Experience to be Successful :
High school diploma or equivalent.One to three years insurance experience preferred.Working knowledge of AMS360 and ImageRight.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Organizational and prioritizing skills.Professional demeanor, positive attitude.Proficient with the use of technology, computers, Microsoft Suite, and related software.Ability to juggle multiple tasks, projects, and people without stress overload.Teammate Benefits & Total Well-Being
