Pay Rate : $30-$36 / hr ($1,125-$1,350 weekly)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within LPN scope of practice.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to supervising staff.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support resident care plans and collaborate with the care team.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
• Follow infection-control and safety procedures.
• Respond to emergencies according to established protocols.
