Worthington Tractor Parts, Inc. is looking for a Yard Supervisor with mechanical ability (or general mechanical knowledge) and some farm equipment knowledge at our Audubon, IA location.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Oversee duties of all yard employees
• Assist with Prepping salvage on yard when received
• Remove parts off equipment (tractors, combines, cotton pickers, etc.)
• Pick up yard and organize
• Dismantle tires off rims
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, tele-handlers, and pay-loaders
• Work from heights and climb ladders to lift equipment off / on shelving
• Must be able to manually lift, squat, carry, push and pull parts
• Unloading and loading equipment
• Other duties as assigned
