Customer Billing Specialist

As our Customer Billing Specialist , you'll be the engine behind our daily invoicing operations. You'll work cross-functionally with logistics, procurement, customer support, and finance to ensure every invoice is accurate, timely, and aligned with our high standards.

Your day-to-day :

• Generate and process invoices for customer orders and co-manufacturer sales (raw materials & packaging)
• Reconcile shipment data using EDI 945s, BOLs, and delivery confirmations from 3PLs
• Resolve discrepancies between ordered and shipped quantities before invoicing
• Ensure pricing, discounts, and units of measure are correctly applied in our ERP system (Business Central)
• Transmit invoices via SPS Commerce (EDI) and ERP email workflows
• Validate customer / item setup and report errors to Data Services
• Collaborate with procurement, customer support, and finance to close month-end billing
• Maintain audit-ready documentation (BOLs, PODs) and support internal / external audits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00 / hr.
