As part of our continued expansion, we are on the lookout for a Data Center Technician (IC1 G2) to join our growing team based in West Palm Beach, Florida. As a Data Center Technician, you will support our customer installations in Hollywood, and Okeechobee and will provide remote support activities across our globally distributed data centers and network.

We are interested in hearing from candidates who would enjoy a hands-on role supporting customers across the globe. You'll form part of a wider team who deliver excellence in customer service through diagnosing, resolving, and implementing solutions.

• This role will require 5-days a week and travel to company or customer locations other than primary employment locations.
