As a Senior Account Executive, you'll leverage your insurance expertise, focusing on companies with 30+ employees requiring navigation of multiple decision-makers and formal evaluation processes. Senior-level producers earn access to warm, pre-qualified opportunities from broker partnerships based on performance achievements.

Our enrollment and administrative support team handles implementation, freeing you to focus on relationships and book management.

An active Texas Life & Health License is required. For established professionals ready to accelerate their path to leadership.

Commission-based compensation with first-year incentives, performance bonuses, and renewal income.

Compensation :

$80,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Manage priority referral opportunities  from broker partnerships and strategic sources, converting warm leads to new client partnerships
  • Prospect and qualify  larger accounts (30+ employees) through outreach, visits, and networks
  • Conduct discovery meetings  with decision-makers to understand their business and identify opportunities to strengthen their benefits offering
  • Present solutions and partner with companies , navigating multi-stakeholder decisions and complex benefit structures
  • Represent the agency professionally  to broker partners and referral sources, maintaining these key relationships
  • Build and maintain your book  through strategic account management and exceptional service, with enrollment and administrative support freeing you to focus on growth
  • Focus on sales growth and client retention  with enrollment and administrative support handling implementation details

Qualifications :

  • 3-5+ years proven success in insurance, employee benefits, or worksite benefits  with documented consistent production
  • Active Texas Life & Health Insurance License required  - currently licensed in good standing
  • Experience selling to companies with multiple decision-makers  (30+ employees) and navigating formal evaluation processes
  • Proven closing ability  with a consultative approach and a track record of converting opportunities
  • Self-motivated, enterprising mindset  with success in commission-based roles
  • Reliable transportation  for client and partner meetings throughout Northwest Houston
  • Preferred :  Employee benefits or broker partnership experience, existing book of business

    Bonus :  Business degree, Northwest Houston relationships, or bilingual (Spanish / English)
