NABCEP-Certified Solar Technician

Remove and Replace Solar is seeking an experienced, licensed, and capable NABCEP-Certified Solar Technician to join us full-time and complete high-quality work for residential and commercial customers. Based in Denver, CO, you'll be installing and servicing systems throughout the Metro area. THE BASICS

Pay : As our NABCEP-Certified Solar Technician, you'll earn $25.00 –$28.00 / hour , depending on experience.

Schedule : Typical working hours are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm .

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS OUR NABCEP-CERTIFIED SOLAR TECHNICIAN

Your work will greatly impact customers throughout Metro Denver, as you'll install new panels and service existing residential and commercial systems. Highly capable and professional, you'll complete top-grade panel installations, detachments, and resets. You'll also diagnose the source of issues, troubleshoot solutions, and complete accurate repairs. During every project, you'll ensure regulatory compliance, document the services performed and materials used, and coordinate with homeowners, roofers, and internal teams as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED :

• Active NABCEP certification
• 2+ years of hands-on solar panel installation experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to serve the Denver Metro area

PREFERRED :

• Electrical journeyman license
• 2+ years of detach and reset (D&R) experience
• Experience working on thermal panels
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of thermal solar technology, electrical circuits, and PV system components
• Proficiency with tools, meters, and site diagnostics
