We are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Urologist to become part of our esteemed team in Jackson, Michigan. Our facility is known for its quality and innovation, ensuring that we deliver remarkable care to the Jackson community. Located just 77 miles west of Detroit, this is a prime opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and advanced healthcare environment. Job Responsibilities :

• Work within a collaborative call rotation of 1 : 4, promoting a sustainable work-life balance.
• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urology care including rounds and clinic hours.
• Conduct two dedicated OR days per week alongside 2.5 days in the clinic.
• See an average of 22 patients daily, including new consultations.
• Perform on-site procedures utilizing state-of-the-art equipment for treatments.
• Engage with a skilled support staff, including Advanced Practice Professionals (APPs) and Medical Assistants (MAs).
• Streamline consults within a single hospital system for improved efficiency.
• Contribute to a collegial team focused on enhancing patient care and meaningful interactions.
• Participate in a teaching hospital environment with opportunities for GME involvement.
