Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for a U.S.-based company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, and brand management, with proven success in driving lead generation and customer engagement. Experience in B2B marketing is highly desirable particularly in creating strategies that target professional service firms or business clients. The successful candidate will combine creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making to deliver impactful campaigns that support business growth and client acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, paid ads (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), and SEO.
- Oversee website content management and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Create and manage content calendars, working closely with internal and external teams to produce engaging blogs, case studies, and social content.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign performance and ROI, presenting actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing activities with business objectives and client needs.
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and marketing tools to ensure efficient campaign execution.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital tools to continuously enhance marketing strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably for U.S.-based or global companies.Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing, developing and executing campaigns targeting business clients or professional services.Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that generate qualified leads and build brand authority.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Mailchimp, etc.).Strong understanding of SEO / SEM, social media management, and performance analytics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for messaging and content.Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Experience working in a remote, cross-functional environment is a plus.Benefits
