Requirements :

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work on ladders or uneven surfaces
• Basic knowledge of tools (drill, level, tape measure, impact driver)
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Experience in construction, moving, landscaping, or similar work is a plus
