Job descriptionWork in the Labor and Delivery unit of an acute care hospital Patient population includes laboring mothers, post-partum, and C-section cases Night shift position, 3x12 hour shifts, 19 : 00 to 07 : 30 Float within the site and across the system as required Every other weekend and at least one winter holiday required Epic EMR experience required for RNs Follow comprehensive protocols for caring for laboring mothers and post-partum patients Required to complete assigned education within one week of assignment Completion of pre-start modules and skills testing required prior to orientation Must pass Epic Test Out Module or complete an 8-hour training course if not passed Failure to float as requested may result in cancellation of assignment Mandatory low census cancellation may occur one shift per two-week pay period No requested time off allowed within the first two weeks of assignment; max of 7 days permitted overall Scrubs required for this position Current OR RN license or proof of application and fingerprints required Minimum of 1 year recent labor and delivery experience C-section and circulating experience required Scrub experience preferred BLS, ACLS, and NRP Advanced certifications required Fetal Monitoring certification required (AWHONN Advanced, AWHONN Intermediate, or Relias Fetal Heart Monitoring accepted) 1 professional reference from a charge, supervisor, or manager within the last year required Must not have been employed by Legacy facilities in the past year Candidates must not reside within 50 miles of any Legacy facility No felony background history accepted COVID vaccination required High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
