We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager and Writer to work with our Business Development team in developing and submitting proposal bids for Department of War / Defense solicitations and opportunities. Work location and telework : Work will be performed on Eastern Standard Time (core hours 9 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM). Candidates located near Arlington, VA, or Virginia Beach, VA, are preferred; however, hybrid and remote arrangements will be considered for qualified candidates. Remote employees may be required to travel, at their own expense, to support proposal activities as needed. You must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a DOD Secret clearance Position Description : The Proposal Manager will assist the Business Development Team through all phases of proposal development, including initial research, Gate review presentation creation, capability matrices creation, proposal team coordination, proposal data calls, and proposal organization and drafting. You will set up and run external meetings as needed as part of the proposal process.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop capability matrices, Gate Review materials for leadership, and kickoff briefs to support proposal efforts. Gather data from sources such as GovWin, SAM.gov, and other relevant databases.
