Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about digital marketing. If you're organized; adept at understanding how to use digital platforms to engage an audience and able to analyze analytical insights that drive optimization, this may be the right fit for you. This person will collaborate with the OU Integrated Marketing team and the larger marketing organization to help plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns and activities across multiple channels (e.g., email, social media, programmatic, CTV, etc.) to drive brand awareness and product preference. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketer looking to develop skills in digital marketing channel strategy, digital campaign analytics + execution and optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Develops outright, or in partnership with others, compelling digital and social media strategies to promote the organization's products and services through digital channels.

Establishes, maintains and updates stakeholder centric digital experiences, including the identification, selection and deployment of platforms, tools and applications that deliver on strategic programs and campaigns.

Develops promotional programs and campaigns designed to achieve defined business objectives with target audiences via digital channels.

Utilizes search engines to maximize Medtronic content utilization and visibility.

Establishes and manages the relationships with search engines and third party sites as required and in accordance with company policies and governance structures.

Manages the implementation and measures performance of digital programs, content and key stakeholder digital engagement results and develops insights into customer's digital behaviors.

Develops and manages social media channels and social media campaigns to build stakeholder engagement.

Establishes and maintains enterprise digital standards, policies and governance.

Manages digital consultants, agencies and vendors. Must have : Bachelor's Degree. Nice to have : Digital Marketing experience (email, social media, paid search, web). Agency experience.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $50,400.00 - $75,600.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification / education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week : Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance / reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to all regular employees : Incentive plans, 401(k) plan plus employer contribution and match, Short-term disability, Paid time off, Paid holidays, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Non-qualified Retirement Plan Supplement (subject to IRS earning minimums), and Capital Accumulation Plan (available to Vice Presidents and above, or subject to IRS earning minimums).

Regular employees are those who are not temporary, such as interns. Temporary employees are eligible for paid sick time, as required under applicable state law, and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Please note some of the above benefits may not apply to workers in Puerto Rico.
