Job descriptionCPA required Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance 7+ years of progressive accounting experience 3+ years in a Controller or senior-level role with staff management Strong GAAP knowledge, ERP system experience, and advanced Excel skills Key Responsibilities : Lead all financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and internal controls Oversee inventory cost accounting, billing, A / R, A / P, and payroll review Maintain and improve financial procedures and control environments Manage risk, corporate insurance, and compliance processes Provide hands-on leadership across departments and operations Core Values : Integrity, confidentiality, curiosity, and a passion for continuous improvement Leadership and good judgment A proactive approach to driving organizational success Position Details : Location : 100% On-site (Dallas-Fort Worth area) Compensation : $140K–$170K DOE Schedule : Regular Hours : Mon–Fri, 7AM–5PM Summer Hours : Mon–Thu 7AM–5PM; Fri 7AM–11AM Next Step : Candidates who move forward must complete a brief company-provided assessment and form.
