What You'll Do

Provide pediatric speech therapy services in a small, family-centered clinic.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.

Foster positive relationships with families while providing evidence-based, play-driven interventions.

What We Offer

Pay : Higher rate for billable hours, cancellation rate, paid documentation time and flat rate for evaluations.

Extras : MD state licensure reimbursement, CEU membership, and opportunities for continuing education.

Flexibility : Choose your own hours (10–40 per week).

Autonomy with Support : Independence in your clinical practice while knowing you have a team behind you.

Requirements

Masters of Speech Language Pathology

Maryland speech therapy license (required)

CPR Certification (preferred)

Passion for pediatrics and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
