Process Validation Engineer

Our open position is for our Pharmacy located in Las Vegas, NV. We are seeking a Process Validation Engineer. Experience with Pharmaceutical equipment or pellet processing is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute validation protocols for new equipment, processes, and systems
- Perform risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in validation processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Analyze data and generate reports to document validation activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment performance or validation results
- Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams during validation activities
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in validation engineering

As a Validation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for developing and executing validation protocols, analyzing data, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to our manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GD&T, robot programming, mechanical knowledge, robotics, welding, tooling, quantum engineering, lean manufacturing, assembly processes, and the ability to interpret schematics. Salary: From $95,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles
- Proficiency in robot programming and operation
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of robotics, welding, tooling, and assembly processes
- Experience with quantum engineering concepts and applications
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings
