Shift : 7 : 30 AM - 6 : 00 PM

Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.
• 3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements :

50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details :

Roles requiring state licensure only : Cannot have any licensure hits.

Required Skills / Experience : Scrub for LHC / RHC / PCI / STEMI / Peripherals. Must be able to monitor as well.

Required Credentials : Certifications : GWTG Awards (CAD, Mission Lifeline, Afib, CHF). RCIS or RCES or RT(R)

Procedures / Diagnostics / Treatments Performed on Unit : Diagnostic Left Heart Cath, PCI, STEMI, Stroke, Carotid Stenting, Peripheral diagnostic and intervention.

Equipment Used on Unit : GE Innova, OCT, Boston IVUS, Impella, IABP, RotoPro, CSI, Penumbra.

Unit / Facility Details : Number of Beds : 370.

Shift & Scheduling : On call schedule : 2 call teams and approx. 15-18 days per month. Weekends : Rotating.

Floating Requirements : Support in prep / recovery area as needed.

10 days maximum time off

2 references from last 12 months (Charge / Lead reference type) - required for submission
