Job Description

As the Customer Service and Procurement Manager you will lead the customer service teams to achieve operational excellence. Help lead the procurement team when needed. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes. Maintain and build relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure optimal terms and agreements. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and training as needed. Analyze and report on customer service metrics and procurement efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all operations. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall business performance. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement within procurement and customer service operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service and Procurement Manager should have: Strong knowledge of customer service principles and supply chain management practices. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience in the business services industry is a plus. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for customer service and procurement. Experience with customer service within food and beverage is needed for this role. This role is on site and based in Los Angeles, CA.
