The Role

We are seeking a Medical Assistant who embodies professionalism, attentiveness, and heartfelt service.

Someone who understands that exceptional care is equal parts clinical skill and the art of hospitality.

As a key member of our clinical team, you will support providers, assist in treatments, and help guide patients through their wellness journey. Your presence will help ensure each guest feels confident, informed, and cared for at every step.

Schedule : Full-time. Monday through Friday. 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients with warmth, creating a calm and reassuring environment
• Prepare treatment rooms with precision and intention to ensure seamless clinic flow
• Assist providers with functional medicine, aesthetics, hormone therapy, and wellness procedures
• Perform vitals, intake documentation, and clinical prep with impeccable accuracy
• Support lab draws, specimen collection, and EMR updates with professionalism
• Educate patients on pre-care, post-care, and clinic expectations
• Anticipate the needs of both patients and providers
• Maintain a pristine, organized clinical environment that reflects our elevated brand
• Honor patient confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical and hospitality standards
• Contribute to the heart of our culture through kindness, teamwork, and intentional service
