Now Hiring: Hybrid Medical Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator

Location: South Tulsa | Full-Time | Monday thru Friday | No weekends or evenings

We are seeking a Licensed Medical Assistant who is equally confident in a clinical role and in a front desk setting. This hybrid position plays a vital role in both supporting our providers during treatments and creating a seamless, welcoming experience for our patients from the moment they arrive.

What You'll Do:

Medical Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist providers with in-room procedures and treatments

• Prepare exam and treatment rooms

• Take and record vital signs and patient history

• Support patient flow and ensure a smooth clinical experience

Patient Care Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth

• Schedule appointments and answer phone inquiries

• Manage patient intake paperwork and pre-visit instructions

• Oversee check-out and post-visit care coordination

What We're Looking For:

• Current Medical Assistant license in the state of Oklahoma (required)

• Experience in a clinical or aesthetic setting preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• A team player with a patient-first mindset

• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
