ADB is seeking a Qualified Party (QP) to oversee and ensure compliance for our utility construction operations in accordance with state licensing requirements. The QP will act as the responsible individual for the company’s utility construction license and ensure that all work is conducted safely, legally, and to the highest industry standards. The ideal candidate will be a state-recognized QP with an active license for utility construction, extensive experience in the industry, a strong commitment to safety and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Serve as the license holder of record or designated qualified individual per state regulatory requirements
- Ensure the company and all field operations comply with applicable federal, state, and local utility construction laws and regulations
- Supervise and verify that all utility construction projects meet the quality, safety, and engineering standards as required by the licensing board
- Participate in audits, inspections, and reviews conducted by regulatory authorities
- Maintain active status of all licenses and certifications required for the company to perform utility construction work
- Provide technical guidance and training to project managers, foremen, and field crews
- Assist with pre-construction planning, permitting, and utility coordination
- Review and approve construction plans and procedures as they relate to licensed work
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation of license compliance and continuing education
- Performs other duties as assigned

5+ years of experience in the utility construction industry required1+ years serving as a Qualified Party for a licensed contractor strongly preferredLow Voltage, Telecommunication or Electrical License holder strongly preferredAbility to obtain the necessary state-specific licenses in multiple states and jurisdictionsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredADB Companies, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
