Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
Assist customers with inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service
Document and track issues in a ticketing system for resolution
Required Qualifications
Experience in troubleshooting technical issues
Some customer service experience is preferred
Ability to work remotely and independently
Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in IT is advantageous
