Site Lead
HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, in Roxana, IL is looking for a Site Lead to join their safety conscious team at a customer site! The Site Lead is responsible for the supervision of InSite Supervisors, foremen, technicians, and administration as applicable under the staffing scenario for the particular contract. This is including ensuring that Health and Safety Requirements are adhered to at all times while overseeing site operations, schedule, labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors. Ensures compliance with all Company policies / procedures and maintains / improves good customer relations by providing quality, timely industrial cleaning services. Working Environment : Industrial setting Refinery, Petro-Chemical, Utilities, Pulp and Paper Mills, etc.

Work Schedule :
Monday-Thursday 6 : 00AM - 4 : 30PMKey Responsibilities :
Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.Develop work plans and schedule required resources to efficiently complete each project.Understand the manpower and equipment requirements to complete and supervise Field Service and emergency response projects.Communicate with the LDAR Director to ensure all contractual obligations are met to complete requested services, project progression status, and any change orders are completed and executed before any additional work is performed.Responsible for the training and mentoring of InSite Supervisor; Provide information to the LDAR Director for reviews for individuals for whom the position directly supervises; May participate in the review process with the LDAR Director.Responsible for completion of all applicable paperwork for job activity, including but not limited to worksheets, vehicle inspections, equipment inspections, and health and safety required inspections and permits.Skills and Experience :
3-5 years of Leak Detection and Repair Experience3+ years of Industrial Supervisory experience - requiredExperience working with LDAR Data Base GuidewareMust be able to wear protective clothing or equipment. This includes, but is not limited to Nomex coveralls, a back belt, slicker suits, rubber boots, a fresh air breathing mask & escape pack & a hard hat.Must be able to work under extreme climate conditions (excessive high heat index of 95+ degrees Fahrenheit, 98% humidity & subzero weather conditions) relative to geographic location.Must be able to withstand exposure to dust, chemical & environmental, fumes (chemical & fluids), exhaust & highly pressurized fluids.What does it take to work for HPC-Industrial?
High school diploma or equivalent, requiredAssociates Degree or Specialized Training, preferredValid driver's license & clean driving recordTransportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC), requiredKnowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) waste codes, manifesting & Land Disposal Restrictions (LDR) (required)Confined space entry & 40 Hour OSHA Training (required)Knowledge of RCRA requirements / regulations (preferred)Strong mechanical abilityAbout HPC-Industrial :
