Certified Medical Assistant - Elkins (Specialty Clinic)

Medical Assistant

Performs basic nursing skills, and / or serves under the direction and supervision of the practice physician, advanced practice professional and / or registered nursing staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND / OR LICENSURE :

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date.
• Current National Certification as CMA required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND / OR LICENSURE : Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program Strongly preferred.

EXPERIENCE : One (1) year of healthcare experience.
