Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and Refine Integration Standards :

• Lead the development of integration standards, processes, and approach.
• Finalize the integration process across the deal lifecycle.
• Externally validate functional integration approaches and build internal capabilities for value capture.
• Implement comprehensive tech stack, tools, and templates to manage multiple integrations at the same time.

Experience and Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 8-10 years of experience in program and project management, with a focus on M&A integration within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries.
