General Description
This position, under the supervision of the Site Administrator, is responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing all policies and procedures for a residential community corrections facility delivering services in accordance with the State of New Jersey Department of Corrections and Parole Board as well as company policy and procedures.

Academic and Work Experience :
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or a social science and five (5) years of related experience, including three years in a highly organized large organization with two or more years in mid to upper level management; or an acceptable equivalence of relevant work and academic including five years of managerial experience. An understanding of the relationship between the contracting agencies and the company regarding issues of public safety, accountability and rehabilitation of offenders is helpful.
