Mortgage Loan Processor

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a pipeline of 40-50 loans per month, including refinances and home equity loans

Review loan application packages for completeness and accuracy, and gather required documentation

Communicate promptly and professionally with customers, loan officers, and underwriters

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years recent mortgage loan experience

Self-directed and motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office, DU, LP, and CRM

Detail-oriented with strong decision-making skills

Experience in customer service within the mortgage industry
