The Opportunity with McKinstry

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager, Supply Chain in our Supply Chain Operations division in Seattle, WA. This position will collaborate with Corporate Services, Business Units and field teams to enhance support for McKinstry's internal and external customers. Assess distinctive supply chain challenges and deliver tailored solutions that address specific organizational needs. Design, implement and evaluate strategies that drive efficiency, reduce costs and elevate customer satisfaction. Manage and support a wide variety of projects and special assignments supporting Supply Chain operations. Additional responsibilities may include :

  • Act as liaison between Field, Staff and Corporate team members on various operational projects and challenges. Understand 'customer' perspectives and communicate changes.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and research, such as collecting and reviewing data from multiple sources, assessing issues to determine root causes, and researching new and / or innovative options, etc.
  • Develop and make recommendations for process improvement.
  • Design strategies and plans for various projects and implementations.
  • Provide oversight to implementations and assess results.
  • What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics or Construction Management or relevant experience.
  • Experience in process improvement and / or project management.
  • Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
  • Logistics & Operations Knowledge.
  • Adaptability.
  • Technical Proficiency.
  • Physical Demands and Work Environment
