What You'll be Doing

• Executing thorough patient evaluations, recommending diagnostic tests, and creating personalized care strategies
• Diagnosing and addressing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions in coordination with physicians or independently as permitted by your qualifications

Education Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Required Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Ohio
• National board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to secure within 90 days)
